YOUNG CURATORS 2024

the art of Conversation

Young Curators is a project by Concertgebouw Brugge and Het Entrepot for creative young people aged between 16 and 18 who want to engage artistically in their free time. For makers who dare to think and thinkers who dare to make. The programme consists of artistic bootcamps around different disciplines: music, image, word, dance and media. The young people share the final result of their creative process during a performance. In 2024, the project was given ‘the art of Conversation’ as the theme for all workshops. 

After two artistic bootcamps and several moments of creating, the Young Curators were proud to present ‘Motus Mare’. These young creators were inspired by the natural element of water and in this multimedia performance they smoothly blend dance, live music and video.
