LET’S TALK 2030

To celebrate the end of our event work, Bruges 2030 threw one more big party: Let's Talk 2030

During Let's Talk 2030, you could sample various workshops, artful interventions and chatty installations in and around the Magdalenazaal. First, you were fully immersed in ‘the art of Conversation’ during a panel discussion with cartoonist Lectrr, artist and Eurovision contestant Gustaph, Mayor of Bruges Dirk De fauw and writer, journalist, theatermaker and Bruges 2030 project coordinator Dalilla Hermans, moderated by Aminata Demba on how they use conversation or tackle difficult discussions in their lines of work. Afterwards, you could marvel at music and spoken word during WeerWoord XL with performances by William Boeva, Aya Sabi, IKRAAAN and Johannes Genard (School is Cool) and dance at the afterparty with DJ Sanne De Muynck. You could also discover the work of some young artists such as Victor Verhelst, graphic designer Lore Dhoest and cellist Nina Vanhoenacker.
